Member Scout talked about the history of Fairview. Wow, it is so easy to make promises to Fairview, but then when we ask for those promises to be put in writing, the story changes. We have a 2018 adopted policy guidance calling for a dispersed, scattered site model that says we're not going to put things in East Anchorage and Fairview anymore.
