From the transcript

The scope of the information that we're providing was developed based off of proposals received by the board in March with some follow-up with the co-chairs on what might be helpful context. 3 Of the proposals that you received were related to pelagic trawl gear operating in state waters, and there was one specific to all trawl gear in the Aleutians Islands west of 170 west longitude. So there's 5 parts here. For the first part of the presentation, Karla Bush with ADF&G and I will be providing some context on the fisheries and vessels that could be affected within this scope. Next, I'll present some high-level background on management measures that are used to minimize adverse impacts from commercial fishing, in particular fishing with trawl gear.
