I see that Chair Brawley is here. I believe she actually has some of the plans, so we might be able to reserve some of my time if she'd like to provide some background. So just overview, some parts of Anchorage have never had a plan. Some parts of Anchorage are covered by multiple plans, like West Anchorage, for example, is covered by 2040 and the West Anchorage District Plan. Based on analysis of available ordinances, resolutions, and allocations for 14 adopted plans that we have sort of the documentation for completed in the MOA since 2010, the average cost of the a district neighborhood plan is about $300,000 and usually requires about 5 years to be completed.
