From the transcript
I've been assaulted 4 times this summer, twice at my own house that I live on in East 4th, right behind the shelter and twice on the commercial property that adjoins Linda's place. The only reason that gentleman knows about the one incident about the 4-foot fence is because I just told him when I met him, because I went around the room introducing myself to people who are also members of the community there. I just want to say we really need a 6-foot fence. Somebody jumped that fence when I was clipping the vegetation along our property line. He got stuck in the fence, but I wasn't going to touch him because he was intoxicated and violent.
