From the transcript

I'm far from it. We all have gaps in our knowledge again about AI and the arms race surrounding it, and anyone who says otherwise is lying. That being said, there's a lot to say about the complete lack of moral and political leadership on AI computing in government, how the laws we have in place to protect our privacy online are decades behind where they should be before even taking generative AI into account, and how AI is being used for panopticon-like surveillance that grinds our Fourth Amendment rights into a pulp. There's a discussion to be had about the trajectory of this technology the impact it will have, and whether that's something that we want to be a part of. Our privacy is at risk, our resources are at risk, our freedom is at risk.
