I think First, I want to make sure everybody knows I'm very sympathetic to the plight of the families and the communities along the Yukon and the Kuskokwim Rivers with the depletion of the chum and king salmon runs. It's a disaster for them, uh, and it's, uh, it, it doesn't downplay the hardships that they're going through. But I think that the right decision was that— I want to make sure that people also realize that the board cannot subvert its own promise, the public process, and also its own regulations.
