Secondly, I would like to remind, just as recent as 2019, this was brought up to Planning and Zoning, and it was voted 4-0 unanimously to not move this forward. There was soil samples done, there was plotting, zoning research, studies performed, environmental impact studies performed, Trails Network was consulted, and they looked at all of that data and they voted it down unanimously, 4-0, as recent as 2019. And all of these residents are spending hundreds of hours educating and bringing forth information to protect this property.
