That experience, combined with the leadership roles he has held, has prepared him well to serve on the Borough Assembly. As a longtime Kodiak resident, Mark understands what it means to live, work, and raise a family here. He knows the challenges our residents face and the unique difficulties in living on the, on the remote island community.
