It's long overdue. We gotta control what we can within 3 miles. I have, and this won't be popular here obviously, but I've called for a ban on trawling, especially bottom trawling, in the 3-mile zone. I know that's gonna be painful for some folks. Will it make a massive, it's about 1% of the total, trawl catch.
