Staff and I met with the Corps of Engineers and Seb, our federal lobbyist, on Wednesday of last week to discuss feasibility study for the Skow Bay Harbor project. Skow Bay Boatyard Project successfully bid on Tuesday, 10/27, you've heard about that, just a little bit under the engineer's estimate, so thanks very much to Rock and Road and their subcontractors that'll be doing this project. Power and Light has been working on a mass notification system for a couple of few months now and will begin a soft rollout over the next 2 weeks. Once testing is complete, we will share enrollment information with the community. Power and Light will soon begin extending power to the mill and Falls Creek.
