Yeah, and the comment period too, it, it's really important for everyone to comment, you know, in, in the event that there, there's something that we don't know about. Let's say if there's some sort of a title claim, and it's just an opportunity for the community to voice their thoughts, their opinions, their concerns, and And that's all recorded, and I believe that they've received just over 2,000 comments, the DNR has, regarding this conveyance, which all that information is really important because at the end of the day, it gives us and the DNR an idea about what people value, you know, and clearly we know that there's concerns about subsistence, there's concerns about public access. There's thoughts about a lot, a myriad of different things, and there are ways that the DNR can modify our application so that we can address those concerns, quell those concerns, and communicate with the public on how we can best move forward. But, you know, to answer your question about why we didn't, the land's technically not ADAs, right? And so we first have to come up with a development plan and with an application, and that's what triggers that process.
