And then I think finally we wanted to make sure that we talked about the, the current debt service schedule. Uh, this is, uh, an excerpt from the borough's, uh, adopted budget. The original, uh, plan for setting aside funding in support of major maintenance was to, as debt fell off this schedule, we would replace, uh, funds on a one-time basis to support CIP. So you can see that from '26 to '27, there's about $3 million in debt service, and that primarily most of that debt service really starts to fall off in 2032. And the 2012 megabond completes its debt repayment schedule in 2035.
