From the transcript

I'd like to— thank you, Mr. Mayor. I'd like to get it out there for discussion right now and have that conversation now. Go for that. So I move to amend the ordinance to make its provisions applicable to all data center developments, regardless of whether they utilize closed-loop cooling systems or operate on or off the PMPL electrical grid, and to direct staff to make all necessary changes to the ordinance for inclusion in the meeting packet and the public hearing process at the next scheduled meeting. So moved.
