There's a lot of opportunity, and more heads are better than one. You know, we have some ideas for how we can develop infrastructure, and again, I'd like to iterate, we didn't— we put all projects under the sun. We don't have a single project in hand, no proposal, no nothing for that land, no plans for that land. When we submit a development plan, we have to have some sort of an idea about what can we do with it. What can happen?
