Okay, on a vote of 3 to 8, um, this item, uh, is not going to be reconsidered, so that motion has failed. So, um, we are going to take our dinner break, um, and then I will note, I know there are members— or there are members of the public here for various, um, public hearing items, so I will just briefly state, um, that we, we will open those hearings The intent of the sponsor on 13A, 14A— well, the intent of the sponsor on 13A is to postpone indefinitely. So I recommend if anybody is here to testify on that, you may save yourself some time. On 14A, B, and C, the intent is to open those hearings and with the will of the body continue those hearings. So for those who are planning to testify on those, I want to offer that, that there may be an additional opportunity pending action of the body.
Road service areas, neighborhood residents and community councils split over who should sit on a proposed Chugach State Park Access Advisory Board and whether the ordinance strips their consultation rights. The Anchorage Assembly voted 12-0 Tuesday to continue the hearing to October 6.

The Anchorage Assembly voted 5-6 Tuesday against directing an independent investigation of Assembly Member George Martinez's taxpayer-funded travel, then declined 3-8 to reconsider. Vice Chair Daniel Volland said he no longer believes the accusation document behind the case.
