The most important thing that the public can do to help us be ready, and the number one thing that I want to communicate, is please evacuate. We're asking folks to finish their evacuation preparations and procedures by 3:00 PM this afternoon as, as they move through this period. Capital Transit will be running until 5:00 PM this afternoon to assist with anyone who's utilizing Capital Transit in their evacuation plan. Plans, but please complete your evacuation process and then get out of that neighborhood by 3 PM this afternoon. Evacuating is absolutely the best way to keep yourselves, your neighbors, and first responders safe as we respond to this flood.
