Hello, Mayor and assembly members. My name is Dan Rohr. I am here to speak in regards to your agenda item that I'll refer to as your Open Meetings Violation Act discussion. I am really, really, really, really concerned. So I have not ever seen an elected body flagrantly disregard the Open Meetings Act.
