From the transcript

At the end of last year, it was $35,000 to replace the cable, and we do that every 3 years. After our last inspection this year, we we're gonna increase that out another year to get a little more life out of that cable, which will save us a little bit. In years past, for just a little back history, 20 years ago, we replaced that cable every other year. It was basically brand new cable that we replaced every other year. Then we extended out to 3 years, and now we're going to go to 4 years.
