Uh, through the chair to Member Larson, so you're correct in that the, the method under which we prioritize projects will have, uh, the most immediate need at the top of that list. So these are our boilers where, yes, we, we have had a boiler failure that required an immediate replacement. Uh, the septic system— this happens to be a project at View Elementary, uh, that was a septic system that was not functioning well, needed to be replaced. So these are systems, yes, that are past their useful life. Um, I mean, we do do preventative maintenance, so that is happening on a very regular basis.
