Title 18, which is our lands title regulations for the borough, requires that the Commission review borough land disposals to determine whether the properties are surplus or not, and based on that determination, a resolution is required either for disposal or for retention of the subject properties. Those resolutions are a recommendation onto the Borough Assembly, who will make the final determination on whether a property is disposed of or not. And if it is disposed, they will discuss how it will be disposed, what, what method, and what any kind of conditions that are attached to that. We have received comments. I know in the staff report attached to here— I have not updated it, which I will do for the regular meeting next week— I think we have about 14 comments in opposition to disposing of, of the portions of these two properties.
