We have replacement of our 33-year-old data center cooling system, which is a one-time cost included here, as well as one-time cost for AI consulting. And this is a part of our, current in-flight AI initiative here with another part of it later on in this presentation. And this initiative is supplanting our Data Vault initiative, which you will also see later on in this, in this presentation coming out of the totals.
