So I think fine-tuning all of this, but no dramatic changes. And I do, to the point of just making sure that staff is all on board with this, I think part of that is touching base with them to make sure everybody is good with that, with this structure, and doesn't have any questions. Or, you know, if I miss something, then just to make sure that's all accurate. But I think we are good to go with that, and then we can move on to one of the next steps too.
