They have repaved and redid the road and the circle around it, and they're doing some other stuff, fixing it up and cleaning it up. But now it's just finding out a way forward. It was also built on the dump that used to be the city dump, and you know how the ground is. Yeah, the city dump, you know, once the run dirt over it, level it out, and they figure out next time.
