Madam Mayor, members of the assembly, I'm Lisa Agnew and my partner is Sam Schilling who testified earlier, and he's also the president of Alaska Outdoor Access Alliance. I'm speaking to Ordinance 26-089 tonight. I'm asking you to support Assemblymember Bowles' amendment as modified in her secondary amendment. Strike the Alaska Long Trail Gateway sign and keep the Matanuska River Park campgrounds upgrade. Uh, first I want to remind you that the fight for the National Scenic Trail designation is not over.
