Thank you. My name is David Persinger, and I'm the current general manager of Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility, and I'm here today because of Mark Primo. I was hired as a an intern, a student intern while I was going to school at UAA over 20 years ago, and Mark Primo was the general manager then, and his legacy and foresight for the utility has really put the utility on the forefront in Alaska as well as internationally, and wanted to give a little bit of a background on Mark. So, he started up here in Alaska in the late 1980s, and actually, before he came to Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility, he was very instrumental in working with the city on locating the Anchorage Regional Landfill, which is currently at its current location. They were trying to pick a site for that, and Mark was very instrumental in that.
