There's actually an order from the Kenai Superior Court bench quite a few years ago that the city had to publish it in the newspaper because at the time all they did was post a copy of the agenda on the downstairs here at the clerk's office, and there was a lawsuit and the court— the city was ordered to— this— the judge said that's not enough. You know, that's not reasonable public notice. So I wonder if just putting it up on the city's website, because it's so limited in terms of outreach to people, is gonna, is gonna cut it under that law. I don't know, I haven't seen anything about that, but only having it on the city's website, public notice of these things and nowhere else, I'm not sure that will, that will be, that will cut it under the state law. Just something to know about.
