We made the determination that we wanted to get community feedback from women in the municipality about what were their major concerns, what would they want this commission to be focused on addressing through policy recommendations to the municipality. So we are in the process of developing that. There is a draft survey that was sent to the other 2 committee members, that's Beth and Celeste. And I know that they're taking a look at that.
