From the transcript

I'd be remiss if I didn't thank the reviewers: Dr. Noel Cadigan from Canada, Mr. Joël Viganoux from France, and Dr. Dr. John Fulstad from Norway for taking the time to come to the United States, provide their expertise and insights. And Mark Chandler from the NOAA CIE office helped me navigate the administrative aspects of this project. And with that, Madam Chair, I'd be happy to take any questions. Thank you very much, Dr. Genot, and for sharing the findings of the CIE review. We would also like to extend our appreciation for everyone who has participated in creating such a robust observer program over the years and really appreciate the findings of this review.
