We do a good job of preventive maintenance, but you can only do so much preventive maintenance on a 20-year-old boiler or 30-year-old septic tank too. Well, I'm sorry for interrupting. Um, I think the, the concept started in a really effective way to look at this debt service, um, identify funding that may be available without increasing taxes and reinvesting those funds back into schools. And when we reinvest those funds back into schools, uh, with one-time dollars supporting one-time expenditures, it means we're not incurring a repayment schedule that may exceed the useful life of that piece of equipment. What, what is a struggle, and what I think you're alluding to, is if we look at these fast facts, is as of today we are $411 million in, in deferred maintenance.
