From the transcript
I moved there 5 years ago, I tested my water, I sent it out, I had all the expensive tests done, I spent $800 on tests, I had clean water. I had to spend another $800 getting it tested, I haven't got it back yet, but it's my understanding I am going to find these chemicals in my water. This is not fair to me, this is not fair to my neighbors, it's not fair to people down the watershed. This is 3 times the legal limit for for consumption. That means technically I can't even shower.
