Good evening, Chair, members of the commission. Wade Long, development services manager, assigned to process the proposed conditional use permit application associated with PC Resolution 26-20. A conditional use permit application has been submitted by Bad Grammar to modify the hours of operations for its permitted marijuana retail facility located within a 1,743-square-foot commercial building at 1150 North Helen Lane. The facility was originally approved under conditional use permit Resolution Number 17-020 on March 20th, 2017, and is currently operating pursuant to that approval. One of the permit conditions requires Planning Commission approval prior to any expansion of the approved, approved use.
