The staff analysis begins on page 2 of your staff report. Proposed findings can be found on pages 4 and 5 of the staff Staff report, and the proposed conditions of approval can be found on page 5 of the staff report. And these are virtually the same conditions of approval as you saw on the previous case. And again, the subdivision request to consolidate is related to the rezone request to go to the Conservation District, which has a minimum lot size of 5 acres, and therefore, the consolidation is needed to meet that minimum lot size.
