So over the past regular session and special sessions, The Senate has passed two versions of legislation. Both of them give Glenfarm roughly $1 billion a year in tax breaks they asked for, and both have added protections for the state we thought needed to be there, including timeline insurances, liability safeguards, and project labor and apprenticeship guarantees. Governor, as you know, has declined to support either of those bills, and that's why we're here today, why we are still here without progress that we think needs to occur. The project's estimated cost, as you know, has climbed significantly from $45 billion even to as much as $70 billion. So we don't have the information we need.
