Document controls. Um, and so the next theme is the files did not consistently contain the documents needed to verify compliance. 4 Out of 8 reviewed files had missing or untimely documentation. One 2023 agreement file contained only 3 of the 9 required documents to make it compliant. So the— what it resulted in is missing records prevented CSC from consistently verifying the compliance.
