From the transcript
I want to speak now to the Department of Law's order of corrective action. I want to first enforce— first and foremost, emphasized that the board— that the Department of Law did not find a conflict, yet still voided a full slate of proposals. Moreover, in my discussions with the Department of Law, they did not disclose that there was a remedy where I could form— well, they did disclose a long-term remedy, but they did not disclose that there was a short-term remedy for correcting this. I followed their recommendations to seek a determination, and I did so, and it's now been 3 months without a determination. When the Department of Law sent questions surrounding my ethics disclosure, I invited them to ask questions.
