From the transcript

And one of the things that I took away from our conversations last night and a general idea I wanted to put out for conversation as we probably here transition into more of a general discussion about the budget overall is that $678,000 is from the Electric Department directly into the general fund to cover expenses like my time, Sully's time, the department's time. But over Over the past few years, we've been trying to separate those out a little bit. And from the Electric Department in the past, we've gotten pretty high administrative fees in the past. And so as we look at this balancing of a seasonal sales tax versus a mill rate reduction and making sure that that benefit spreads out to the entire area in the community, I would maybe put onto the proposal plate for us to bring back later of getting rid of that administrative fee entirely. So that there's no administrative fee between the City of Seward and the City of Seward Electric Department instead of dropping by $1 mil in 2028.
