I know we've occasionally over the years had, uh, city political type discussions with ACU and we run into each other at the grocery store, but now we can have those conversations here. So, with cameras on, but assuming that, so I'm, I do support also NJUS, you know, moving their meeting locations to here, and it's primarily, as Ben, I think, very eloquently stated, it's to basically, it's more transparent. Transparent, it's out in the open, people feel comfortable coming in and not only listening but, you know, giving their feedback and input as well. I'm assuming that once they do move, or if they move, we'll be able to— people will be able to attend, you know, virtually, right? Just like we do for City Council meetings and Commission, Port Commission meetings and so forth, and they can join that way.
