Thank you. Mr. Gardner. I know we've wanted to, uh, to get this project completed for quite some time. I'm really excited about the RHTP funding coming through, and I know how hard Tyler and Kodiak have worked on this. I do have a problem with the third contract for project management, and, um, it just frustrates me.
