The resolution in front of you funds no playground, and this needs some sorting out so it's transparent to our constituents. Also, I would rather see you spend $100,000 on a playground improvement for kids rather than a sign that doesn't appear to have been part of the original planning. Um, the grant agreement's not at risk. It never mentions a sign in the actual grant agreement that's attached to your memorandum. Striking it takes nothing out of what the foundation funds, and the agreement also says that any remaining funds at the end of the term are simply returned to the foundation.
