Good evening, Mayor Haynes, city council members, and staff— city staff. My name is Pat Branson. And I am here to testify where the city should lease the historic Griffin Building to the Maritime and Kodiak History Museums. I have a dozen reasons for you. The Griffin Building is a historic Kodiak building that should be preserved and not sold.
