And before— so I'll read the item and then I have some other things that I'll need to put on the record before we proceed from there. So this is 15A, AR 2026-225, a resolution of the Anchorage Assembly approving a marijuana license and special land use. Use permit for Baltazar Holdings LLC, DBA Sensimia, a marijuana retail, uh, sales establishment with license number M35490, located at, uh, 1431 Muldoon Road. Um, but so before I open the public hearing in this, I'm going to just, um, let everybody in the room know how we'll proceed from here. Um, so first is to say this is a quasi-judicial item, um, and so we are— the rules for that, um, posture that we are in apply.
