This is a 16.16.389 acre parcel. This one has been something I've been looking at for quite some time even before being on this committee. Reason being is it has a great central location, good access to local businesses directly here in town. It's flat. There's access to utilities, and as I understand it from Director French, there are no limitations that he is aware of as far as connecting to water, sewer, electricity for this parcel.
