From the transcript

I oppose Resolution 32. Woodland Subdivision was developed over time in several parts. The findings in Resolution 32 do not recognize that there are different neighborhoods within Woodland Subdivision. Our Part 1 neighborhood is not the same as other neighborhoods developed later. The current land use of single-family dwellings in Part 1 is by homeowners or long-term tenants as residences for their families, except for the burnt-out house and the vacant house on Ash and the non-permitted Airbnb business at 502 Ash.
