Uh, Senator Claman, through the Chair, again, the Department of Law would tell me not to answer this at all. I will bumble through. My impression— the short answer is I believe a suit was filed at the end of last week. Of course, we'll review that in due course. I think one of the claims that we would assert is that any administrative decision needs to go to finality before it's subject to challenge.
