Since the opening in September of '25, our business has experienced significant deterioration in the surrounding environment, including multiple fires started in our dumpster and parking lot, creating serious risk of injury and property damage. Frequent— and this has happened as of this week— frequent issues with homeless shelter guests offering prostitution services to our customers and employees in the parking lot. Intimidating and disruptive encounters inside our store, leaving employees and customers frightened and concerned for their personal safety. Suspected drug transactions on or near our property, raising concerns about criminal activity. Repeated trash dumping and debris accumulation, creating additional cleanup responsibilities with health and safety concerns and negatively affecting our property.
