From the transcript

First, I want to say that neither the Planning Commission nor the assembly member I've asked have been able to give me an answer On how a data center is permitted under PMC 19-44020. I keep hearing that industrial use is industrial use, but as far as I can tell, that's not how our code is written. The list of uses given under Title 19-44020 reads to me as exhaustive. I'm very curious for someone to show me in the code how this conclusion has been drawn. And which, um, how this conclusion has been drawn and which specific permitted use it's allowed under.
