So, I mean, just in my mind, you could have your asphalt 25 feet from the water line, and then you could have concrete or gravel, which is non-toxic, to have a barrier, that 25-foot barrier, to the to the waterfront there. And, you know, the 75-foot setback and the 45-foot setback, I don't know how many people I've talked to in the last couple of years that have said that they were in compliance when they built their house, but erosion has made them noncompliant. So coming up with 75 or 25 or 45 You know, if we don't do something to stop the erosion, then it may all be for naught. And as far as what you said, Stephanie, earlier about people that built within the 75 feet knowingly, I still agree going forward that should be the standard, but I'm willing to, um, to bend a little, I guess, to let the people that are within 75 feet that could meet some of our new regulations, if you will, I'm willing to bend to let that happen to get everybody into compliance. And then, like you said earlier, have a strict Planning Department, Code Compliance Department that keeps everybody compliant going forward.
