Yeah, let me provide you a little bit of clarity though, because I want to make sure the narrative is very clear. DNR was approached by ADA to help find land that was suitable to fulfill their mission of creating development and economics. That is not DNR's mission, that is ADA's mission. We are the landholders, so they came to us and asked us for certain things that, you know, it was land within close proximity. This land is what suited that bill, and so Ada applied for it.
