You know, years ago, during the, um, during the royalty fights the state had with the oil industry, uh, and I know this because Senator Stevens gave a very eloquent speech on this many years ago, the, um, A judge found that the state— what was happening was the oil industry was turning over the royalty information, paying the royalties, and the state wasn't— was just trusting them. And later the state found out that they weren't getting what they should have. And a judge said the state was guilty of inexcusable trustfulness. And I would say that the Dunleavy approach in Cook Inlet, a laissez-faire approach of just let industry do whatever they want with no oversight— I mean, BlueCrest is— and you raise a good example, Jeff. BlueCrest, that lease should have been taken away, in my opinion.
