So it's just the process that the state uses. I, or I assume it's from, from the state's processes. It's, it, it's not good the way it is for the public. I think they could do a much better way of how it comes out, but it's really the way I understood it, it's really up to the entity to ask DNR, and there is a, they were very thorough and gave me a packet in which I can fill out and ask for lands that DNR has. And if we have a good enough process and there's not a lot of people that complain against it, they can actually do a transfer.
